Luie Boone cannot wait to howl a town in Howl-ton Head Island, South Carolina. He heard from a pooch friend of his that this magical island is where even the quietest of pups find their voice. Sure, he's not too great at howling; he leaves that ruckus-making to the huskies, but with the whole island of Howl-ton Island to practice on, anything's paw-sible. Okay, okay... his hoomans want him to be honest about the island's name. For a treat or two, he'll oblige.
