Luie Boone isn’t in a K-9 unit, despite his strong belief that he’d make a paw-some doggy detective. So instead, he’s taking his investigative skills on a K-9 adventure through Kansas City, Missouri. One of Luie Boone’s first discoveries is that Kansas City is the birthplace of the McDonald’s Happy Meal. The idea was developed here by a local advertising team to make dining more fun for kids, and what began as a small regional experiment turned into a global phenomenon. Lu
