It features the following amenities:
Rental is located right on the river (We'd never get Luie Boone out of it!)
Huge covered deck along the back of the house, with a gas grill
Fire pit with chairs
Fenced-in back yard to keep your dog safe from wildlife

What does Luie Boone think of this rental? He woofed:
When we go on vacation here, I know I am going to love it! The house is river-front, which means I can help my family feed the ducks and catch some fish. I'll have to bring Quackers—my duck toy—with to show him how the real ducks live. I am probably going to snooze at night downstairs in the living room, snuggled up by the windows looking out at the river. The sound of the water flowing down the river will lull me right to sleep (and make me have to pee!) At least I'll be right by the screen door, so I can easily be let outside when I need to go to the bathroom. When I am resting, I will lay down in the kitchen on the tile floor to stay nice and cool! I really cannot wait to have fires in the evening, so I can lie on the grass next to the river and beg for some tasty marshmallows. The river’s waiting and so are the stories we’re about to make.

Luie Boone's Pet Peeve about
Red River, New Mexico
There's just so much to love about this vacation destination, but there's one thing that's got Luie Boone's leash in a twist. He woofed:
Red River is called the snowiest town in New Mexico. This is because every year the town gets about 40 inches of snowfall! Although I do love to play in the snow, I'd prefer not to go on vacation when there's 40 inches of snow. What if the Abominable Snowman comes for me!?
